Dental veneers

Veneers are very thin pieces of porcelain or composite resin. They're designed to fit the fronts of your teeth exactly and are attached with dental cement. Veneers are often used to cover minor flaws in teeth, such as chips and cracks, but they can also lengthen teeth, close gaps and hide discolorations. Do you want whiter teeth, but don't want to deal with the hassle of whitening treatments? Veneers never need to be touched up and may offer better results than whitening treatments.

Inlays and onlays

Inlays and onlays are recommended when decay has damaged a large area of your tooth and a filling can't be used. Because these restorations bond to your teeth, they help them become stronger, unlike traditional fillings that may weaken teeth. Inlays fit inside the cusps of your teeth, while onlays cover the cups. Cusps are the ridges you can feel around the edges of teeth.

Crowns

Crowns, sometimes called caps, are hollow and are designed to be worn over teeth. They may be needed if your tooth is fragile, cracked or broken, but are also used to address cosmetic issues. During the first appointment, we would make an impression of your mouth using dental putty and send it to a dental lab. You would return a week or two later to receive your restoration.

Thanks to same day dentistry, these restorations only require one visit now. Instead of using dental putty, we'll scan your teeth with a laser to create a digital impression that we'll use to design your restoration. Once we're satisfied with the design, we'll send it to our onsite milling machine. Minutes later, you'll be wearing your new composite resin veneer, inlay, onlay or crown.
