New Patient Special - $129
Includes complete exam, necessary digital X-rays, professional cleaning (if eligible) and treatment with fluoride.
Regular value $505. You save $376. Offer valid for new cash-paying patients only. Limit to one use per patient. Not valid with insurance or any other discount. The cleaning included in this special is a routine prophylaxis (regular cleaning.) If after your exam, the doctor determines you need a deep cleaning (scaling and root planing) or other periodontal treatment, it will not be performed at this visit. If periodontal treatment is recommended, $30 of your $129 fee for new patients will be applied toward the recommended periodontal treatment.

Includes exam of one localized problem area, necessary X-rays, doctor exam and recommendations. Required treatment is NOT included in the price of the special.
